How to play
Each house has one symbol of each category (colour, pet, drink…), never twice the same. Read the clues and place every symbol in its house (a column of the grid): "immediately left" means the neighbouring house on the left, "next to" either neighbouring house.
Tips to get better
- Start with the "is in house 2" clues: they are certainties.
- "Immediately left of" rules out the last house for the first symbol, and the first house for the second.
- When a symbol has only one possible house left in its row, place it: the rest of the row often follows.
What this game trains
- Logical reasoning: deduce the solution from the rules, without guessing.
- Working memory: keep a few items in mind and recall them.
