How to play
Shade cells: no number twice in a row or column, two shaded cells never touch by a side, and the white cells all stay connected. Tap: shaded, then circled (safe), then empty.
Example
The repeated numbers are shaded (a 2 and a 1 at the top, a 4 and a 2 at the bottom): no duplicates left, no two shaded cells touch, and the white cells all stay connected.
A full Easy grid
A real Easy grid (5 × 5), as you play it, and its solution. Same rule as the example above, only bigger.
Tips to get better
- In a “3-x-3” pattern, the middle cell is always white: one of the two 3s will be shaded.
- Two identical digits side by side: one of them is shaded, so every other copy of that digit in the line is shaded too.
- Around a shaded cell, the four neighbours are white: circle them.
- Never split the grid: a cell whose shading would cut off a group of white cells stays white.
What this game trains
- Logical reasoning: deduce the solution from the rules, without guessing.
- Attention and focus: quickly pick out the right item among distractors.
